Got it back, finally! Seemed like overnight I had a timing cover leak & pan gasket leak. Didn't have time to do it myself so had the motor yanked and all the gaskets and seal replaced... all but intake since it looked dry as a bone. Powder coated my pulleys while they had it out too.... Nice to have it back in the garage. Washing it up and now time to do the carpet and finish the front seats.

Ha yea I noticed that, you can buy a bare metal one at FMR for $20 and have it painted.

I need to do that. This one was on when I bought it and always forget about it until I pop the hood.

Added another trophy to the collection. Also won a 1:6 scale model of a 426 Hemi engine as a door prize at the car show. Very pleased with the car show win.

As for the door prize, I would have rather won a model of a Hi-Po 289, Windsor 351, Cobra Jet 428, or, better yet, a GT-40 Super High Performance 302. ;)

Nice job! It was probably that nice looking Vortech that sealed the deal...

Last night I finally got around to to getting new struts shocks and camber/caster plates on. I put the new springs on in the fall and was suppose to get it done over the winter. Wow!! What a difference!! The front struts were the original... With 167,000 miles on them. It's like a new car now :dancenana
