93 cobra rear bumper support

i need the measurements for the piece attached to the bumper.i am good with a welder and want to make my own thanks

The shape of the bracket. Looks like this dumn picture I tried to make. LOL.


Do you need to know where the mounting holes are.
Along the top of the bracket (to the bumper )..the mount holes are are located at 2" and slotted hole at 17"

Hope this helps. Not the best it making a diagram.
Let me know if you need more detail. I could probably take a pic on evening for ya.

i was thinking of getting started on it today and wanted to grab my friends welder.just alittle anxious i guess

Hey, found a pictures for ya. Not the best. May help. The angle part is the furthest away in the pic. Closer to the tail pipe. You can see the bend in the metal close the bumper brace.

yeah i can kind of see what your talking about there with the bend so its just plastic push pins being used to secure it on the bottom.i think the one on the end is missing in that pic.thanks for all your help

i welded up the brackets today i put the bumper on and measured and then removed the bumper and welded.thanks again for the measurements brett.
