Well said. Aaron I think you should build a Glass room to keep it in. There is a restaurant up here that has a 67 GT500E set up that way. You walk by it as you go thru the entry way.

If I had realized how desirable those Opal shades were, I'd have scooped up a dozen or more in the late '90s.

Cool Cars

Post by #2098 »

I love seeing the low mileage cars and the care that is being put into them to preserve them. Kudos.

I bought a 160K car that was very clean and extremely well documented for a song. Completely rebuilt motor with less than 10K on it and a Vortech V-1. It needed weatherstrip, floor mats, a new headlight switch, fan blade, and a lot of TLC and cosmetic cleaning. Could use some repair of the drivers seat, a couple of panels are worn. Its a fun car that turns heads and on race fuel will push 500 RWHP, it shows and goes

I would love to have a low mileage Teal Car just for shows, working on that now...

Thought about selling 2098 in the spring after I get the work done for a lower mileage car, but it is a pretty tight car, and runs like a scalded dog.

Everyone that sees it thinks its a 60K car....
