I know, I partied hard ten years ago and have slowed down alot in the last ten years. I can still hand with the big dogs just takes more than 3 hours of sleep to recover from it. I didn't mean to make you senior citizens look bad. LOL

I think thats because most of us were in our collage years or right out of high school and could not afford one...I know I could not, but at the time all I wanted was atleast a lx or a GT but could not afford one of those either...
Yup, I was a teen and I remember the 5.0s real well. I use to see them in all the rap videos in the 90's, then in the movies (on Dayton wire wheels), in the streets around my neighborhood, and then on the news showing how they outran the old Dodge cop cars with the 318 engines in them.

I did not know there was a cobra model thought until a little later when I started researching all the options, and then when I found out about the 1993 R that was just unbelievable. The R car is just so beautiful, and it's terrible they made so little of them. But if you think about it, all foxes, even the 6 bangers, are the same uni body.

44, but don't feel a day over 50.

Being 26 in a brand new '93 cobra was a special feeling, the car had instant street-cred and every other Fox driver checked it out. And those new 350 Camaros that were supposed to be faster? They weren't. Great time to be a Ford guy.

I am also 44 years old. The era of the 87-93 Fox Bodys, 93 Cobras, 93 Cobra
R's were a time that would always be cherished. Great time to grow up in and be part of that time.
