I must admit, I had a mullet back in the day, and may or may not have had an IROC! LOL. Bigest POS I ever, or may not have owned!

I too was part of the mullet club and technically have one now, kind of travis pastrana hair who I get mistaken for all the time but if it werent for my IROC I would have never bought a mustang, got smoked by a 5.0 then imidiately sold it and bought a 92 lx, best purchase I ever made

My first 5.0 was an 85 Capri RS that I bought brand new.
(I wish I still had it):(

I was shopping for something fun to drive and test drove the IROC and Capri the same day.

The Capri was faster, had much better fit & finish and as I recall I drove off the lot for $10,900. The IROC was something like 12,900 and even new it had a rattle in the back hatch & a door.

I was just making reference to your post in my thread where you were shocked at how far up the vin tags were. And I was surprised as Ive seen a couple cars just recently like that. The "lol" was typed so I didnt come across as a dick by pointing it out, I should have re-worded post without the lol to clarify.

Aarons comment about the car and new ebay link.
"Well they finally took off the hood scoop and the rear louvers, car cleaned up really nice. Says car is all original, but no comments about the replacement hatch on it, and new rear quarter panel that was installed. Had R-Dot sticker on hatch, and no Vin sticker on RH quarter, Im sure the Rear cover was also replaced, notice the weld on tips for the tail pips. Originals probably got bent. Overall a nice looking driver, But not worth anymore than 13K I would say."
