Still have it. I am a little negotiable on the price but just in case anyone else is wondering, No I will not take $8k for the car LOL. It is amazing the amount of lowball offers I have received from people who haven't even seen the car, but they will pick it up tomorrow for this price LOL.

Thanks, I really expected her to be gone by now. I have had lots of interest but shipping has turned most people away and as big as Texas is, I haven't had near the interest here local so I haven't shown it to anyone yet. It really is a nicer car than I make it out to be but one would have to see it in person to realize. With it being a teal/black no option car I figured that may spark a little more interest.vinchez78 wrote:GLWS man, if I didn't have my Blk I'd pick this up yesterday!

Yes it is, you would know all about it LOL. It has always looked better in person to me than the pics. That's what I thought when I first pulled up to buy it from you, I knew it would be leaving with me. Swore I would never sell it, now here I am with a 1 year old and another mustang later and I am listing it already to slim down a little for the time being. I may be losing my mind LOL.red95gts wrote:$6500 cash money! Lol
Good luck - I'm also surprised no one has scooped it up yet. It's an incredibly clean car.

I wouldn't think so. It has very few mods and they are all very easy to put back to stock if someone wanted to and wouldn't take long either. I have several of the stock parts to go with it if someone wanted them. I think it is more of lack of funds from those interested and others not wanting to pay shipping costs. I thought it was sold twice now until the shipping cost comes in to play. Plus I have had some people contact me with no clue, one guy told me I was asking too much because it is not even supercharged and the engine is stock LOL. He said the market on these cars has changed and if its not highly modded and supercharged its not worth much. I normally don't even care to respond to people like that LOL. The right buyer just hasn't seen it yet because it is a super clean car and will make someone a great car.trackpilot wrote:I'm really surprised it hasn't sold yet. Is it the mods????

So you have found multiple teal/black cars with 70,000 miles cheaper? Please send me the links, I would be interested in them. Plus, I never said my price was firm, I always list higher than what I would be willing to take for anything I sell because you are always going to get lower offers and that gives you room to deal. As far as the paint issues, they really arent big issues. I make it out to be alot worse than they are. The close up pics don't look near that bad walking by it in person. It is not rough and cracking like you would think from the pics either, it is still smooth to the touch in that area. If it bothered someone that much, just get the hood sprayed and it would look like a 5 year old car and that wouldn't even be an issue. As far as being lowered, the car comes with the stock OEM springs that came off of it so no issue there either. Believe me, you would have no problem selling those H&R springs to get a little cash back. Heck, I would buy them back LOL. The pictures I have of the interior of the car are terrible. I need to get some better ones. It is very very clean on the interior but those pics don't look that good with the way the sun is in half of them. Again please send me the link to the other cheaper teal/black cars, not teal/leather, or teal/gray cloth, but teal/black only as that is my favorite, and only clean title, clean carfax, original paint cars also. Seriously I'm not being a smarty pants here but I would like to see what some other similar teal/blacks are going for because I haven't been able to find a whole lot of them to compare it to. The very few I have seen in the past went for much more, some had less miles of course but I mean they went for several thousand dollars more. I was prepared to take $12,500 for the car. Please others feel free to chime in and give me your opinions on the price of the car. I have owned and been watching foxbodys for several years and thought this was a very fair price for what it is and the condition it is in. What do you guys think?plumcrazysrt wrote:Personally for me it's pricey for the miles and the paint issues are kind of a turn off. Being lowered doesn't help either. That's just me though.

Hey man I wasn't slamming the car and I started by saying it was my personal opinion and I'm in the market with money in hand looking for another '93. You were wondering why you still have it and I was just saying what was holding me back.

No problem, I understand. My point was I didn't really think it was pricey because if it is a lower mileage teal/black that your after (not sure it is), it will most likely be priced above what I am willing to take for this one and you may not even be able to tell which one has less miles in person unless you look at the odometer. Thats just my opinion, that's why I asked for others to chime in. Is $12,500 not a fair price for a teal black in this condition? 73,000 miles isn't low, but its not high either. This would even make a great driver car for someone who didn't want to let it set in the garage.plumcrazysrt wrote:Hey man I wasn't slamming the car and I started by saying it was my personal opinion and I'm in the market with money in hand looking for another '93. I used to be in auto sales and a fair price is whatever price both the buyer and seller are happy with or at least come to an agreement on. Frankly, your price seems fair and there is absolutely nothing wrong and no need to explain your asking $13500 to leave room to negotiate. Frankly, I wouldn't post to the entire registry with regard to your selling strategy.
Your teal/black is a nice car and you should try to make as much $$ as you can when selling it.
