You guys are like little children. My buy it now is a far stretch from my reserve and I don't have to sell this car at all Im simply listing it because I have put 2miles on it since I bought it and am about to purchase another 1993 as more of a stock driver. The car is worth every penny of $25k and I don't care what the market is bringing that's my value I set on it not what I got on here and asked yalls opinion on what to sell it at. I've had enough of these to know that making $13k in 5months isn't a realistic return on my money. I set a high buy it now so people don't waste their time asking me if I'll take $15k for the car. I'm listing on other sites for a set price. Thanks for staying on your toes guys don't quit your day jobs.

You can ask whatever you want its your car but the market isnt there for it. Seen it to many times. Especially with a price like that on it people loose intrest quickly or think you arent serious about selling it. Heck 25k is still a stretch. map pockets are stretched out and the drivers side tail pipe looks to be at a wierd angle almost like its from an LX. Could just be the pics tho. I know where a 6k mile teal is right now for $25k

I agree totally. Again my reserve is well under $30 and even under $25. I'm merely listing to see interest. Honestly I am more concerned about it going to someone that will not neglect it. This lady who sold me this car was emotionally attached to it and for good reason. She wouldn't want me prob selling it at all BUT considering I literally can't bring myself to drive it and I sweat every time I move it or walk past it I wouldn't mind letting it go to someone who appreciates it like I do. I can assure you the tailpipe isn't from a LX.
Not trying to bust your chops at all, just don't see your logic is such a high BIN. IF you really want to sell it to someone who will take care of it, then put a realistic price on it and go from there. A person looking for a 93' Cobra for a nice Sunday driver or casual show car with 11k miles, isn't looking to spend $25k, let alone $30k.
There are more low mileage cars out there than you think. GLWS.

What I do when I see a BIN like that's instantly click away cause I believe the owner thinks he has the last one on earth. And you say the car is worth every penny of $25k but actually it is worth what someone will pay for it, for anyone who has played the eBay game a crazy high BIN generally means a crazy high reserve so all your accomplishing is turning people off, with that being said it is your car and you can ask what you want and it helps that you don't need to sell, on this site that's what we do, we follow all things 93 cobra and comment on most of them, good or bad they are just opinions

I would pass this car on by with that BIN. You don't won't people wasteing your time? That's the first thing that would cross my mind about pursuing this car. $30K What a waste of time calling that guy.. This reminds me of the teal car at the dealer with 900 miles. Living in "Hagerty Fantasy Bid Land". No worries though

Just too many options if someone is looking for a Mustang. A guy with $20k in his pocket could pick up a nice used Termi ora dozen other models that followed the Fox era. Economy doesn't help either.JohnLynch wrote:Market on our cars seems slow maybe people are just scared to buy with the economy

And you will have fake bidders hitting at it high, just to see what the reserve is, then they will flake out. Happens all the time, and ericsvt you will get fustrated, because they are prob high school kids that dont give two F***s. Just my opinion on the high asking price thats all.RollTide93 wrote:What I do when I see a BIN like that's instantly click away cause I believe the owner thinks he has the last one on earth. Curious George shure isn't helping! Election years have always been "off" years for the economy. And yes I know there is another thread for Curious George
