I've heard that and was wondering if that's the method you used. Are you putting new tint on or leaving it off? I like tint but the tint on mine is not in good condition so it's definitely coming off. May or may not go back with tint but if I do, it will be darker.

I like tint on cars, both of my honda's have it but I'm not a fan of tint on the back 3 windows and not the front 2, I am also trying to get the outside appearance back to as stock as possible, I'm thinking of putting the stock radiator and fan in also, everything else that isn't stock is under the car, ha!

My radiator setup looks identical to yours, I like its performance but I wish it looked more stock. Agree with the tint. All of my windows are tinted and will be again if I re-tint. Right now it has 35% tint, I will go with 20% if I re-do it.

I would like to redo mine with the illegal 5%, but wouldn't be able to handle the ticket for it and taking it off afterwards, what's the closest to illegal??

I have 20% on both of my other cars I think I'm just getting to the point where I dont want tint on the cobra anymore

each state is different vin, you would have to check, cali doesnt allow any tint on the sides and I know Penn. is the same cause thats why st8-e took it off #15

In TN 35% is darkest legal. Only two options darker are 20% and 5% (limo). Cash only on those two options.

Detailed my Cobra for the fall/winter and my daughter asked for a ride in "Daddy's Show Car". When we got home, she asked to see the "shiny things" and I couldn't resist the photo opportunity.

I'm also starting to think about taking the tint off of my car. I want tint on all of my cars being down in S FL. But i'm starting to like the all stock look of the cobra.

How did you tighten up the map pockets???

For me it's a must on anything you drive. Even my wife told me what a huge difference it made on her pilot front windows. It protects the interior, keeps it way cooler when driving and also keeps irritating headlights out of your side mirrors at night. Now, if you don't have a driver and want that stock appearance then I get it.

How did you tighten up the map pockets???

Pulled off the door panels then removed the piece with the pocket, separated the actual pocket by removing all the staples, cleaned thoroughly then pulled material tight and put new staples in, it's so easy even you can do it track, ha!
