Starting the Search for a 93 Cobra
Moderators: 93Cobra#2771, SPEEDFREEK, 1993cobra
Hey, Welcome to the site (svtrookie) Tom. I see that your from Baltimore and a member of Maca, same here also, I live near Frederick though.
Haven't been out with the maca very much lately. I missed the Catoctin cruise this year.
In your search, are you looking for one close to home or is long distance not an issue?

Welcome to the site Tom. Nice 03!
There's a clean looking black one that just popped up.
On another note how much do you love that SS? I had 06 for a while and miss it a lot! Actually if you need the air line and gauge for the rear air pump I still have mine in factory packaging. Let me know and I'll send it to ya. No clue what I'd ever do with it...

Hey Brett! I have seen you post a few times on SVT. Yeah I haven't been out with MACA in a while, but I usually follow them on SVT or if I am down OC for hot rod weekend.BrettT 93|03 wrote:Hey, Welcome to the site (svtrookie) Tom. Eventually when I am ready (hoping this spring/summer) I want to find something in driving distance on the East Coast.
What is your opinion on the 93 vs. 03? Obviously the 03 is faster, but is the 93 still a blast to drive? I assume it gets more attention even in stock form.

I love my SS! I bought it 2 years ago for daily driver duty. It's treating me well so far! Thanks! I have the air line and gauge, but you don't have the sun shade by any chance do you?! For some reason the original owner didnt leave it in the back of the truck.
Here are a few pictures. Unfortunately, these pics don't do the granite black metallic paint any justice, but it definately looks good in the right light:

Nice man. Nope no shade, sorry. Mine was the same color. They drive so nice. I lowered mine about an inch and a half all the way around. Looked cool...svtrookie wrote:I just saw the black one! That is basically what I am looking for when I am ready.jstanley55 wrote:Welcome to the site Tom. Nice 03!
