Thanks , I have someone working on it right now, its been upgraded from phpbb version 2.0.13 which was outdated back in 2006 probably to 3.0.x this is my first post and I haven't had time to check it out. Give feed back on what you think? The old board was working fine, but the spammers were a big problem, which was also the cause for new member registering problems.

I personally like the old site better for some reason but maybe just because I was so use to it and I not big on change. Funny I tried to log on here earlier and it would not let me I was worried the site was taken down and I was bout to go into a mild depression. Could we get a cool smiley that is cheersing a foaming beer mug? That would be cool....

yeah , i was used to the old one, its been up since 2005 or 2006. this was the closest look to the old. but hopefully we all can adjust and get used to it. and yes i should have given you more of a warning, but i didnt check my email and didnt know it was getting updated so early. and yes , ill read up on how to get the cool smileyies!

Yeah, it will definitely take some adjusting but I like some of the new features I've run across. Among other things it's cool how you can see the thread below the window you're posting in as you type....if that makes sense. And is it me or did Brett get a promotion?

The only thing I notice off hand in the forum section is no way to get back to the home page. I'm sure your guy is still working on things. Overall, everything just looks a lot crisper, for a lack of better words.

I also noticed the new version even shows Google bot's crawling the site......pretty cool.

the person that did it for me is Mark Hamill he is a phpbb specialist, writes mods and soforth. he made it sound and look easy as 123!

I was looking for a way to get back to the home page. The pic of the Cobra in the left upper corner will get you back to the index as well. Your guy probably is still working on things.........could make the 1993 Cobra Registry area take you back home.

Wow this is definetly different, I'm so used to the old one, when I pulled it up on my phone I thought it was an app version of the site But I have no choice but to get used to this one, isn't Mark Hamill the dude that played Luke Skywalker, he's now into computers?? Lol
