Really? Wonder what the holdup is?
Don't know? I ordered the kit back on 27Feb and was told week of 4/4! :spank:

Perhaps Vortech can't keep up with all the orders for their awesome product. :headbang:

Remember Romo, good things come to those who wait and, trust me, the wait for the Vortech will be well worth it. 8)

Well, just got home today (Michigan) first time seeing all my new parts since I ordered everything - It's like Christmass when I was A kid! Only box missing is the blower which will be showing up next week. Since I alternate months between Connecticut / Michigan I'm really hoping I can get everything installed this month. Long list of installs:

BLOWER
FUEL PUMP
POWER-PIPE
FPR
GAUGES
STOCK SPRINGS
GT FRONT ROTORS
DYNO-TUNE

and I might pull the upper/lower intake and reseal everything up as I have a small idle surge that won't go away - i'm guessing either upper intake gasket or lower... Checked everything else up to this point.

Who wants to come over and help? Free beer! lol. :drinks: :help: :headbang:

Just scheduled my Dyno-tuning for the third week of April!!!! Tune and chip. Since I'm out of town for business I will be leaving the car (in good hands) and picking up the weekend of the 27th. Can't wait. :headbang:

Now I need to install my GT rotors tonight and find a shop to put my springs in..... Getting close to having my Cobra exactly how I wanted it. :drive: :headbang:

Hopefully I can get the shop to take some video for me as I will not be their to witness it. I will get some before and after pictures taken as well... I need to get a better laptop and learn how to post pictures as well. Maybe someone will volunteer to post for me? :pat: :loser: :wavey:

I would like to post before pictures, dyno graph and after pictures. A video would be nice to have as well! Thanks WillyB93.

You can start putting a lot of that stuff on before the blower gets there. That way your not trying to get a lot of things done at once.

Exactly Buddha, that's the plan. Last night I swapped out the Cobra rotors for the GT rotors, gives my aftermarkets a nice fit now. Also installed the intank fuel pump and new filter while I was under there.

Nice. Then all you have to do it bolt up the blower and you'll be ready for a tune!

My tuner just called me and someone cancelled that was right before me, he is offering to do the Blower / power-pipe install for me as well as the dyno tune for a "great price"..... I took him up on his offer. Now I can drive it there and not worry about having to trailor it. I'm still installing all the minor stuff before I drop it off. He gave me a pretty awesome quote.

Saves me a few busted knuckles and headaches. :nono:

Good deal. Check to see if your tuner is a Vortech "Top-Tier" Installer. If so, you should check into the 3-year/36,000 mile powertrain limited warranty they offer for complete, fully calibrated systems.
