Thanks. It's got Motorsport C springs on it. I want to say 1.5" in front and 1" in back. Ride is a little more firm than I like but can't complain about the stance.

I have the ford C springs on my Teal 93. they are a bit stif howver they do work well on the car. Very nice.

LOL, yeah the teal one has been a work in progress for about the last three years and since I have decided to hang onto it for now probably will be for another three!
I probably have $400 total in the lowering of the car with the caster camber plates and all.
C springs are definately lower than they claim to be. FRPP claims only 5/8" drop in the front and 1/2" in rear.. broken-in C springs definately dropped mine over 1.5". I'd say it rides rough too, but don't have any other springs to base it off of. I had to switch out to poly isolators in the front just to bring the front up.
Worked well, gained me 1/2" exactly, and it didn't mess with my alignment much, only changed camber .25 of a degree.... woot!
