1993 car info:
1993 cobra Red/Black interior. #1264. Mostly stock (mods include Cobra R brace, signed padded dash and custom front license plate holder). oh and I like mustang club membership window decals (HA)... And I also have some serious OCD, I clean after every time driving, both outside, inside, and undercarriage, and wheel wells "its always ready for a car show".
The intent for me to purchase this 1993 cobra was to enjoy it with my family (as much as I wanted a wrapper 93 cobra, im glad I got one with 41K miles on the clock - THANKS TO PAUL! This car shows better than most 10K mile cars). Furthermore as most of the members on here already know, that I also own a 1967 mustang that I shared with my grandfather from age 8 till I graduated college (when he got sick with cancer). I knew I had to add more to the collection and share with my growning family. I have since then got married, have two wonderful boys and now im just out enjoying shows & Cruises... Just like how mustang Enthusiast are supposed to do with their stangs!
How did you find this 93 cobra and how did you get it home:
I have been looking for a 1993 cobra red/black for roughly 7 years... and only this color combo (it didnt matter if it had a sunroof or not). To make it even harder, I wanted to purchase one from the original owner, with all documents, and history. To say the least it was a hard find! But a memeber on here "Willyb" really did hook me up with this cobra. He saw the ad on SVTPerformance, and once I saw the ad, I contacted Paul - all else is history. I went to pick up the car 2 weeks later, picking it up on October 30 2011 (during a SNOW storm!). Took me 6 hours to get from NH to Marlton NJ, and took me 10 hours to get home - what a stressful trip, Got the car home safe and sound with no issues.
Other Mustangs or Fast fords:
1967 mustang coupe 70K miles (71 ford torino 302 engine), Candy apple red with black interior and black vinyl top.
