Hi John.....I talked to a salesman Friday, and he said he would relay my request to I believe, "Rich".....Evidently
Rich is "rich".........Unfortunately, they are a dealer, and I won't pay the extra markup, and dealers won't fudge on the bill of sale price, so there is another 5-6K to my lovely State of CA........money right down the toilet......

I did find another car that has never been up for sale...1-owner CA. emissions car, with about 200 miles.....I will be looking at it end of month....Problem is it hasn't been started in 5-6 years.....Found another 19-mile wrapper, that I really don't want to deal with, but owner is firm at 75K........

I have had a conversation with rich about this car. When I 1st called, I did not talk to rich, quoted price was very high. Talked to rich later when discussing the car I did buy, and got the feeling that they would sell the car within the appropriate market range.

From what I can see, the wires and the tires have been replaced........Monday and they have not responded to my inquiries......Must be in a hurry to not sell the car........

Sorry for the confusion, i didnt start any new threads, john did. I started calling AE, about the r. Originally their web site had the car listed w 5xxx miles. After I called a second time, they let me know car has 5xx miles. Too few for me, want to be able to drive it some, with out killing the value. Browsed their site was able to close on the other.

Hunt for a 93 r continues, some day, hopefully.

I left a message with Rich's secratary at this Company (monday)....She was very iffy on him contacting me.....Don't know what's going on, but selling cars is way down on his list of important things to do.....Must be a small part of his operation, because I know it doesn't take 2 weeks to return a phone call.....Oh well, it takes all kinds.......If anyone know of any private party that actually wants to sell a 93 R, I would appreciate a reply......won't buy from a dealer.....

Yea I think he owns the majority of the mustangs he has a youtube video of it, maybe he just puts it up on the site but doesnt really want to sell I know dealers will do that. I will try and get a price tommorow
