Willyb... Trust me on this, I'm all good. What I get pre-approved for is one thing, what I know I can afford is another. (I would never buy a million dollar home just because I was pre-approved)

Anyone that lives in the New England area knows that buying a 500K++plus house in NH is Not
impressive.Check towns like Weston,Brookline,Newton,Dover in Massachusetts in Zillow or anywhere else.There is a reason why some people move to places like NH,VT and Maine

All I can say is whatever you buy, make sure it's got plenty of garage(s) space!

Pre existing in my neck of the woods sucks for that requirement, unless you want to spend in excess of a million or so. The wife really likes this one, but it's only got a 4 car garage:
