Post by sc-rcode »

Anyone have any info on this car such as what #? Any guesses at what it will bring on the auction block?

I've been seriously thinking dipping into my retirements for this R... I think it would be a good investment.

Pretty good price?!? That's an off-the-charts fantastic price for a '93 Cobra, even one with such low miles.

BTW, the car ended up selling for $40K. Still a grand-slam for the seller.

Also - it's an early build car with the smooth intake. Wonder how low the build number is?

Hope the buyer plans to keep it for a long, long time and actually drive it and enjoy it. Because at $40K, he'll never be able sell it without a steep financial hit.

Z I figured my pretty good price comment would get somebody stirred up lol!! The seller did great and should be very happy with the sale.

The R stopped at $55000, didn't make reserve. A 95 R stopped at $38000, didn't make reserve either. Like z282slo said, the 3333 mile car was an early intake, but the certificate wasn't there with the car so no #. I looked over the car and the only thing not original was the battery and tires. All three cars were in excellent shape.

Never say never...at one time a '71 Hemi Cuda 'vert wasn't a six or seven figure car.
