Yup. He's asking 7K over on the corral. I would pick it up for a daily driver except for the rust issues. :(

I would buy that car right this second if it wasnt 1000 miles away. Im in the market for a "driver" right now and I LOVE teal/black

i was on my way to get that car when the title issue stopped me. He has an unsigned Kansas title from a bank, and a power of attorney letter with it. I know in PA if the power of attorney is not made out to the person trying to reg the car it is NFG, and they won't do it.

Title is unsigned by previous owner. It was released from the bank, and mailed direct to me. I have full power of attorney for the vehicle (notarized as well).
So it should be easy.



this was the PM he sent me through Corral.

Unless he has a dealer's license, I believe it's against the law to sell the car that way. He'll have to transfer it into his name, register it in Florida, and then he can sell it.
